Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating a Greenroom account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
Greenroom is an AI-powered interview preparation platform for students targeting careers in Investment Banking, Private Equity, and Asset Management. The platform provides mock interview sessions, assessments, a question bank, and market news — all intended for educational purposes.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Greenroom. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your account credentials secure.
4. AI-generated content and the EU AI Act
Greenroom uses AI (Anthropic Claude, and ElevenLabs for voice mode) to generate interview questions, follow-ups, feedback, and scoring. You are always interacting with an AI system, not a human interviewer, in line with the transparency obligation in Article 50 of the EU AI Act. AI output is for educational guidance only and does not constitute professional career, financial, or legal advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI feedback. Use your own judgement when applying feedback in real interviews. Greenroom does not use AI to make, and is not used by any bank or employer to make, a hiring, admission or similarly significant decision about you (see our Privacy Policy, Section 7).
5. User content
You retain ownership of any content you submit (answers, CV uploads, interview responses). By submitting content, you grant Greenroom a limited licence to process it for the purpose of delivering the service (e.g., sending it to the AI API to generate feedback). We do not use your content to train AI models.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: • Share your account credentials with others • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform • Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes third-party rights • Use the platform for any purpose other than personal interview preparation • Attempt to manipulate or circumvent AI scoring systems
7. Intellectual property
All content on Greenroom — including the question bank, glossary, design, and code — is owned by Greenroom or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using Greenroom will result in a job offer, interview invitation, or any specific outcome. Interview prep is inherently personal — results depend on many factors outside our control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greenroom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA/UK, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a paid subscription without giving a reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Because Greenroom is a digital service you can start using immediately, this right ends early if you expressly ask us to begin the paid service right away and confirm you understand you will lose the withdrawal right once it has fully started — which is what happens automatically when you complete checkout and unlock paid features. Before that point, or if you have not yet used the paid features, contact hello@greenroomprep.live within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings or by emailing hello@greenroomprep.live.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy (Milan). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy. If you are a consumer resident in another EU/EEA country, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your own country of residence.
