Train your own analysts with it.
Greenroom is built for candidates preparing to interview at your bank. The same engine — realistic follow-ups, bank-specific context, scored feedback — could just as well point inward: onboarding your own junior hires, or giving the analysts who sit on your hiring panels a consistent bar to work from.
What we're exploring
Onboard junior hires faster
New analysts and associates get the same interviewer-style follow-up drilling that candidates use to prepare, aimed at the technical and communication gaps your training program already tracks.
A shared bar for interview panels
Give the people who run your own hiring rounds a standardised warm-up — the same follow-up patterns, run consistently, so panel quality does not depend on which analyst got asked to sit in.
Desk-specific, not generic
Your own deal history and desk conventions, not a recycled question bank — the same bank-mapping engine that powers candidate prep, pointed at your internal training instead.
What this is not
This track is about training your own people, not scoring or screening real candidates on your behalf. Greenroom stays a self-prep tool the candidate controls; it is not built or positioned as an AI system your bank would use to evaluate applicants in a live hiring decision.
Nothing to buy yet — just a conversation.
